3 milestones

1995

  • PHIL-NIPPON KYOEI CORPORATION, SEC registered company founded by Filipino and Japanese Engineers.

    Eight of the company's first staff standing together in the original office.

  • Partnership with Montenegro shipping lines to supply 2 RoRo vessels (MV Beatriz and MV Josefa) that shall ply the routes in Batangas-Mindoro routes.

1999

  • (5) years Rehabilitated-Operate-Maintain project for a 16MW diesel Niigata Power Plant with Shell Pililla Plant, Pililla Rizal.

2000s

2000

  • (3) years toll manufacturing contract with Century Pacific meat for Argentina Corned Beef at 20,000 cases production per month.

2001

  • Expanded the business coverage to cater to the First Grand Star RoRo Operation.

2002

  • Launched the 1st RoRo Operation under PNKC which was then awarded by DBP as pioneer in RoRo Operation under the project of Philippine Nautical Highway (PNH). GSR 1 has 1.2GRT and was adjudged as the best RoRo plying the Lucena-Marinduque routes.

  • Launched RoRo 2, 3 & 4 with .9, 1.2, 1.3GRT to serve the Atimonan-Alabat, Lucena-Marinduque & Batangas-Romblon route still under the PNH project.

2003

  • Forged partnership with Transnational Paper Corp for a Build-Own-Operate contract of an 8MW Diesel Niigata Power Plant for its 40 tons capacity paper plant in Tanza, Cavite. Contract Amount: US$4.5M.

2004

  • Joint Venture with Phil-Harbor Ferries to operate the RoRo 2 & 3 for Matnog-Sorsogon route under the PNH project.

2005

  • Launched 1st Pioneer Cold Storage Project in Food Terminal Inc, FTI Complex Taguig, now known as Glacier Refrigerated Services Corp.

2006

  • Build-Owned-Operate contract with Aire Liquide Philippines, Inc. for its 60 Tons Air Liquifier project with the 8MW diesel Niigata Power Plant in Pasig City. Contract Amount: US$4.2M.

  • Partnership with Gravitas Corp. to process outsourcing of steel detailing jobs for Florida Steel USA. Contract Amount: US$100,000.

2007

  • Exclusive contract with Miura Boiler Ltd, Japan.

  • Distributorship for Alfa Laval Philippines products for marine and semicon industries.

2008

  • (5) year Electro-Mechanical Audit for 8 vessels of Nenaco Group, thereafter the WG&A merger increasing it coverage to the vessels then increased to 20 vessels. Contract Amount: US$2M.

2009

  • Initiated a study of the Renewal Energy and Pilot the FTI plant as a new source of power for the Cold Storage group.

2010s

  • Agreement with MHI as the preferred accredited service provider for the installation and Maintenance of Mitsubishi gensets catering to 350 clients all over the Philippines including offshore installation.

2011

  • Electro-Mechanical contract with Benpres Philippines for the Bacman Geothermal Project to rehabilitate the 50MW turbine plant in Manito, Albay. Contract Amount: Php 22M.

  • Spinned off the Renewal Energy business to implement the projects now known as the Exergy Phils Corp.

2012

  • First project of solar power plant with a 20-year contract under BOO for the 131KwP for Pioneer Hi-Bred Philippines Incorporated, Luisita Industrial Park, San Miguel, Tarlac.

  • Installation of a 2km Pipeline Mechanical Project in Bacman, Sorsogon Legaspi. Contract Amount: Php 54M.

  • Spin off a service company in Aura Integrators Corporation as a subcontractor of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in maintenance of continuous rating power plants.

  • Spinned off the electro-mechanical design and training to served wider scope coverage now under the trade name Mannvits Corporation.

2013

  • Procurement of a 2 Megawatt centralized refrigeration system using Mitsubishi in Glacier North.

2014

  • Allowed the turn key of decentralized refrigeration system for four (4) cold storage facilities locations with Glacier Group of Companies.

2015

  • Established the vendor managed inventory for ICTSI with TESAC Ropes in Japan as the principal partner. The same model will be used for other heavy industries.

  • For Yanmar Asia Corp Pte Ltd (Singapore) exclusive accredited service provider for the installation and Maintenance of gensets catering to 350 clients all over the Philippines including offshore installation.

2016

  • Facility management business framework with TDK Philippines to serve the preventive maintenance requirement of the 82,000 sqm manufacturing plant in Laguna Technopark, Laguna Philippines.

  • Closed alliances with leading original equipment manufacturers (i.e., NASH & MAYAIR) to align the HVAC & Cleanroom requirement of the semi conductor industries.

2017

  • Facility management contract covering the preventive maintenance of compressors, air dryers, pumps & elevators of Toshiba Philippines located in its (2) hectare plant in Laguna Technopark, Laguna Philippines.

  • Vendor Managed Inventory for CEMEX Philippines mainly for its vessels and terminal requirement in its APO Cement Plant located in Naga, Cebu.

2018

  • Alliance with Mitsui E&S Cranes thru the MES Technoservice Malaysia Sdn Bhd to strengthen the after sales service support for cargo handling & terminal operations of ICTSI, MICTSI, SBITCSI & the MNHP.

  • Maintenance contract for the NAIA 1 for its HVAC system, the Solaire Hotel & Casino for HVAC & Spa equipment and Quest Hotel in Clark, Pampanga for HVAC upgrading.

  • Service alliance with SNOWNDEN to strengthen the turn key Implementation of HVAC & Cleanroom requirement for Pharmaceutical & Semicon clients.

  • Prototype facility engineering services model for Continental TEMIC Philippines to serve the facility needs of a 43,000 sqm plant in LISP2-SEZ, Calamba Laguna, Philippines.

2019

  • Awarded with the EPC contract for two (2) mini cold storage rooms for Western Digital Corporation using Emerson's cold storage technology.

  • Awarded EPC contract for various Power Plant Equipments at Therma Power Inc.

  • Implemented the turnkey project for the primary exhaust system improvement of Western Digital Corporation Phase 1 using EUROKLIMAT.

  • Implemented the turnkey project for the replacement of air handling unit of Western Digital Corporation Matlab Area using EUROKLIMAT.

2021

  • Signed agency agreement with Super Air Condition Co., LTD to market HVAC industrial (Daikin) equipments exclusive in the Philippine and Asia Pacific territory.

  • Awarded the EPC contract for design, project management of a 6-storey modern commercial residential building ECB (Excellence Center Baler).

  • Awarded the EPC contract for installation of various current & capacitor transformers in Makban Geothermal Power Plant.

  • Awarded with a Blanket Purchase Order for the supply of Diesel United Pielstick Engine Parts to Global Business Power.

  • Accomplished the supply and installation of 10TR Air Conditioning Units (ceiling, wall, floor-mounted) for AG&P Polymer Control Building.

2022

  • Implemented the rehabilitation and upgrade contract for SBITC Quay Crane 1 drives from VG7 to VG1 inverter.

  • Accomplished the turnkey three (3) sets of current 245KV transformer for Aboitiz - AP Renewables, Inc.

  • Signed a contract with ALIMAK as an authorized distributor and service provider of Industrial Lifts for Cement, Mining and Petrochemical Industry.

2024

  • PNKC secures multiple projects with National Power Corporation for the supply of spare parts for generator sets.

  • Expansion of PNKC in the healthcare industry.

2025

  • Awarded the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning Project for the QC02 Inverter Upgrade (VG7 to VG1) for SBITC, as well as the PLC and Drives Upgrade for RTG Nos. 4 and 2 at MICTSI.

2026

  • Appointed as an Authorized Distributor of Alfa Laval for the Luzon region, covering the Marine & Shipping and Government sectors for two years.
